Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY), a tax-exempt organization affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals, is one of the largest physician groups in New York State and directly employs nearly 4,000 physicians and allied health professionals who serve seven of New York City's public hospitals, numerous public health community-based practices, and the city's Correctional Health Service.Opportunity Details:Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide metric based reportsImplementation and maintenance of a data visualization program to create company data and benchmarksImplement and develop the analytics platform to provide visual interpretations of various data setsEvaluate internal systems for efficiency, inaccuracies, and maintain protocols for handling and cleaning dataBuild dashboards using visualization tools to show a comprehensive overview of data and identify trendsWork closely with various departments to provide metrics for internal and external stakeholdersPrepare physician compensation benchmarksQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education andor experienceThree to five years of related experienceExperience with implementing visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik), REQUIREDHealthcare experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, both oral and writtenDemonstrated ability to work independently and efficientlyAbility to work well under pressure and prioritize in a deadline driven environmentProficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) requiredExperience with Paycom or other HRIS systems requiredExceptional Benefits include:10% 401K company contribution after one year of service, with 3% company contribution starting day oneChoice of a three-tiered, very low cost medical plans starting day oneExcellent dental insurance, including orthodontics coverage starting day oneGenerous paid time off programSalary range: $90,000 - $100,000 - The salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include any benefitsPhysician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C.
