The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanding, refinishing, and installing sports flooring, as well as the ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Perform sanding, refinishing, and installation of sports flooring to the highest standards. - Lead a small crew, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects. - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management. - Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sports flooring installation, sanding, and refinishing. - Ability to lead and manage a small team. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
