Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles and will be responsible for various tasks including materials ordering, inventory management, data input, and vendor communication. Intermediate in Excel and Word is required, and experience with SAP and warehouse management systems is a plus. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word Experience with inventory management and cycle counting Strong administrative skills Proficient typing and data input abilities Ability to contact and coordinate with vendors for materials Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with SAP Familiarity with warehouse management systems Clerical experience Experience: up to 1 year experience needed Knowledge: Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period. Note : Working onsite Mon-Fri standard schedule 8AM-4:30P Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Typing, sap, Office Administration, warehouse
