About the Role: Provide clerical and administrative support to the Recovery Academy Program; Handle all client transportation transactions; Submit Medical Information Consents to providers, hospitals, etc.; Scan and process referral information and updates into clinical record; Maintain program files; Complete and maintain the USDA records; Track timesheets/leave records, Maintain office supplies and order, as needed. Benefits/ Schedule/Salary: 20 hours per week Monday:9 :00am to 1:00pm Tuesday: 12:00pm to 4:00pm Wednesday: 12:00pm to 4:00pm Thursday: 10:00am to 2:00pm Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm On-site position; Stepping Stones 8794S Sacramento Dr. Alexandria, VA 22309 $18.50/ Hr Estimated starting salary based on qualifications and related experience. Qualifications: High School or GED Light computer and data entry experience Self-starter and organized with ability to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; Understanding of confidentiality issues within a mental health agency; and High degree of empathy for individuals with serious mental illness, emotional/behavioral disorders, or substance abuse disorders.
