Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for a Call Center Representative for claims processing. Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract Start Date: Within two to three weeks. PLEASE NOTE: This is a flexible, not in-office role. Please note the time zone and hours listed below. Hours : 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time / 7am to 4pm Central Standard Time; Monday through Friday. Pay: $15.00 to $15.00/hr (17.00/hr) Overview: This position is very important to the claims process. You will be tasked with guiding the customer through the steps in filing the correct claim. Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative role include: Accurately enter all data into the correct documents. Respond timely to requests and inquiries. Resolve complaints and disputes. Able to show patience and empathy to customers experiencing difficulties. Communicating with vendors/third parties Thoroughly review and research information required. Qualifications for this Call Center Representative role: Completed High School Diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of one year of experience working with claims. Minimum of one year of customer service interacting directly with customers via phone. Comfortable doing research and accurately finding answers. Strong attention to detail. Must be experienced in MS Excel. Previous experience working in insurance or mortgage services is highly preferred. Must have excellent attendance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to learn new processes and systems efficiently.
