Category Primary Care Description The Internal Medicine Physician is responsible for delivery of quality medical care to patients of the center and functions as a leading member of the multi-disciplinary health care team within the scope of his or her medical practice. This provider will practice in Greenfield Township, Hallstead and Montrose, PA. Salary negotiation will be based upon experience and credentials. Salary range opens at $200,000 for newly licensed physicians. Position Requirements Medical degree from an accredited School of Medicine Valid licensure as a Medical Physician & Surgeon in the state of Pennsylvania Current DEA registration in the state of Pennsylvania Hospital privileges at designated area hospitals as required for specialty 2 years of experience in outpatient setting with knowledge of FQHC program preferred Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Office required Experience working with electronic medical records required Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time Shift Days Position Family Physician Number of Openings 1 Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt Location Montrose Health Center About the Organization NEPA Community Health Care is committed to creating a culture of engagement, curiosity and joy within the workplace.
