Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Health Clinic with locations in Mount Kisco and surrounding towns is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their family medicine team. Position is outpatient, Monday-Friday. Previous experience in primary/urgent care is required. APRN will be treating acute, chronic and long-term healthcare issues among a team of providers as well as treating patients autonomously. Terrific organization, compensation and ability to build your own schedule of patients. Responsibilities: Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients of all ages Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Develop and implement patient management plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications: Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner New York License Prior experience working in a FQHC preferred Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
