Job Description Provide technical support and consulting to customers on service solutions (installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance on electrical distribution equipment) Be responsible for hands-on execution of projects including Startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, engineering, design, and repair of Power Delivery equipment Determine effective service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively Identify new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and internal sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood Complete customer reports, timesheets, expenses, safety paperwork, and other daily required tasks We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
