Job Description * ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL * My client is a local multidisciplinary civil engineering firm looking to add a Civil Engineer with water/wastewater and/or land development experience to their family-like team! They work on projects of all sizes and manage them in a professional and timely fashion. They are known for having well established roots, an incredible work environment and strong learning culture. Background Requirements: Bachelors in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water/wastewater and/or land development 4+ years of practical experience in design of water and wastewater systems. Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, contractors and regulatory agencies. Experience and expertise in the following areas is desired: Generating construction plans for site arrangement, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater detention/retention, storm drainage, water and sewer systems, roadways, pump station, and force main design Creating all necessary calculations, reports, and supplementary documents Collaborate with a team to execute project design responsibilities, formulating comprehensive design blueprints for construction projects Familiarity with Autocad, Carlson, HydroCAD, Hydraflow Storm Sewer and Hydrographs, WaterCad, Autoturn, and Microsoft Office suite is advantageous Excellent benefits include: Flexible work hours and a hybrid work environment Other benefits include competitive compensation packages, PTO/sick time, 401k with match, healthcare benefits, short and long term disability, educational reimbursement, health and wellness benefits, and more! * ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL * To be considered, please apply with a resume.
