To fuel our aggressive expansion of this "start-up organization," we are actively seeking motivated, versatile, and experienced Business Development and Marketing AssociatesSpecialists to join our Chinese Initiative Team. This key role involves in assisting to create and to implement innovative business development and marketing programs tailored for the Chinese student and immigrant market nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Play a key role in developing comprehensive business development and marketing strategies targeting the Chinese student and immigrant markets. Identify and establish partnerships with organizations, groups, and influencers within the Chinese student and immigrant communities. Create engaging content for social media platforms and develop marketing materials for promotional events. Design and implement ambassador programs at various universities. Conduct thorough market research to strengthen our presence across multiple social media channels (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat), websites, forums, and other relevant platforms. Coordinate customer service initiatives and mentor junior team members to support their professional development. Qualifications and Skills: Deep passion and expertise in business development and marketing. Strong multitasking abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments. Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to ambiguity and change. Proven experience in social media content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video advertisements. Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese. Excellent project management skills. In-depth knowledge of the international Chinese student market, including university student demographics and interests. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and persuasive abilities. A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience (excluding internships) in business development, marketing, and sales in the Chinese market. H1B sponsorship is available for selected candidates.
