Physical Therapist Fairless Hills PA (25 miles NE of Philadelphia) We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our practice in Fairless Hills, PA. We are looking for a MPT or DPT, who has experience running a clinic to serve as our clinical director. As Clinical Director you will help guide and influence the growth of our PT practices. You will help us build a practice the way you would build it! The incoming PT will play a critical role in setting up the clinic, establishing the culture. Must be willing to learn and provide Vestibular therapy, we will provide training if needed. With a one-on-one PT to patient ratio with only 12 patients per day, we offer an excellent work environment (less stress, reduced burn-out, and better PT and patient experience). Our healthcare professionals offer customized treatment plans including the state-of-the-art methods of both traditional and cutting-edge therapeutic care. Job Responsibilities Plan, organize and oversee clinical activities of the practice including ensuring compliance with regulations of governmental and accrediting agencies Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and by assessing and interpreting evaluations, records and test results of patients Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-up programs that improve the patient's overall health. Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries Lead by example and ensure accountability to the clinic missions, policies, standards, and goals. Oversee and adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services. Supervise Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, and Technicians with patient care and related activities, in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Code of Laws and other governing entities such as Medicare Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance Contribute to videos and content for clinic social media Lead educational workshops and presentations for community education Provide emergency backup for administrative staff to include answering phones, scheduling appointments and checking in patients Required Skills and qualifications Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited school Current PA State licensing and all other state-required documentation Management/ Director of PT experience Orthopedic, vestibular, pelvic floor experience a plus but not required Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus compensation (up to 10% of salary) potential profit sharing Schedule: Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm Benefits: Bonus compensation- up to 10% of salary PTO Professional and Educational advancement with free training and CE credits Ability to set up and grow with the clinic as director Excellent work environment!
