Unit Profile Hospital: Memorial Health University Medical Center/Children's Hospital of Savannah Location: Savannah, Georgia Address: 4700 Waters Ave Unit: MRI Building: Main campus and Children's Hospital General Information Number of Beds: 631 Patient Ratios: N/A Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): MRI Techs/ Tech Assistants Type of equipment: Siemens Espree, Client Artist, Client Artist (all 1.5T) Documentation system: Epic, Change Healthcare PACS Scheduling requirements: 36 hours/week Floating policy: Primarily works at MHUMC. As needed, will perform MR scans at the Children's hospital (same building) Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Level I trauma center, Stroke Center of Excellence Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: At least one year of MR experience, registered in MRI Must have: Advanced skills needed: N/A Procedures performed on unit: Trauma, stroke/perfusion, cardiac MR, Breast, Neuro, Body, MSK, angiography, all age groups Certifications Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, RT(R)(MR). BLS certified Dress Code: (Required uniform) Gray and Black scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
