Role As a Line Operator (also known as Manufacturing Operator, Production Operator), you'll oversee and operate manufacturing processes for metal grating products, ensuring all specifications are met. You'll use ERP systems to track material usage and machine requirements, maintain quality control, adhere to safety policies, and engage in cross-training to broaden your skill set and advance your career. This role also involves reading and interpreting blueprints, handling physical demands, maintaining cleanliness in workspaces, and effectively communicating with team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a steel or aluminum environment preferred.
