Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Cedar Park Med is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses for immediate openings. Requirements: Previous work experience in the geriatric and/or psychiatric work environment. The length of required previous experience may vary depending on the facility. Must have and maintain a license as a practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. BLS certification PPD and other applicable vaccines Responsibilities: Deliver appropriate age-specific individual care for assigned group of individuals. Provide focused nursing assessments per facility policy Collect and report data for the development of individuals' plan of care to the Registered Nurse and the treatment team. Provide educational materials and information to individuals and families. Assist the Registered Nurse with the management of the unit milieu. Assist the Registered Nurse with supervision of nursing assistants and individual care assistants. Rates LPN onsite FT/PT $43 Evening $47 Night $50 Weekend $50
