"To be the obvious choice for guiding clients to joyfully steward their resources."Job Description:The Paraplanner will assist the financial advisor(s) with all aspects of delivering an exceptional, personalized client service experience. This position requires the highest ethical standards and the continued advancement of professional knowledge and skills. Responsibilities may change over time to meet the needs of the practice.Responsibilities and Duties:Execute securities trades and money movementsCollaborate with financial advisor(s) throughout all stages of financial plan design and deliveryPrepare client meeting materials, follow-up letters, applications, forms, and relevant compliance documentsDevelop financial planning portfolio recommendations for financial advisor(s) reviewAdvanced knowledge of all technology platforms (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)Advanced knowledge of all financial planning software (MoneyGuide Pro, NaviPlan, Thomson One, etc.)Track workflows, run reports, and integrate relevant compliance initiativesMaintain regular client contact to collect data, provide information, answer questions, and resolve issuesCommunicate with financial advisors, staff, and corporate office individualsRequired Skills:Exceptional communication skills with all people (clients, advisors, staff, etc.)Works well both independently and within a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedEfficient time management and ability to multi-taskTechnologically savvyCoachable and desire to continue learningEducation and Designations:College degree or higher2+ years of related experience preferredHave or be able to obtain the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professionalâ„¢ (FPQPâ„¢) designationHave or be able to obtain the necessary securities licenses and registrations, including: Series 7, Series 66, and state lifeaccidenthealth insurance licensesCompensation and Benefits:Compensation: full-time, on-site position with competitive salaryBenefits: health, dental, vision, disability, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with matchPlease note this is not an advisor track position.
