The Buckingham Strategic Wealth Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service and supports each advisor with the operational needs of his or her clients. The CRS develops and maintains good working relationships with clients and advisors. This is accomplished through ongoing communication, excellent client service and outstanding operational support. The CRS is the first person to greet clients as they visit our office, and the main client contact in scheduling remote meetings and phone calls. An exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing wealth management team. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Buckingham provides associates the opportunity to work a hybrid model. Teams are typically in the office 2 days per week and have the ability to work from home 3 days per week. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeets and, when possible, exceeds the Service Standards for the departmentThrough their work, actions and words, demonstrates and models the firm's core valuesSuccessfully completes at high level and on time their Associate Goals and actively plays a role in execution of Team Plans for the departmentProvides quick and accurate answers to operational questions from advisors and clientsProvides comprehensive operational support to clients, including facilitating all monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests through CRMMonitors pending new accounts and transfersHandles all communication between custodians and advisors or clients, including researching custodial issuesAnalyze processes and procedures to identify improvements or efficiencies that can be createdBecomes a student of the business, through job shadowing, educational opportunities, etc.Provides on-demand and scheduled reports to advisors and clients, as requestedParticipates in and contributes to weekly Client Service meeting and other committee meetings, as assignedReview quarterly reports for accuracy and collates the lettersTracks and completes any special projects throughout the year, including advisor notifications and year-end RMDsRequired Skills and Experience Education andor Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree and 2+ years work experience in the financial services industry OR 4+ years work experience in the financial services industryWorking knowledge of Windows Operating systems & Microsoft OfficeExperience with tools used on daily basis - CRM (Salesforce) and CustodiansOther QualificationsAbility to be a self-starter and self-manageStrong communication, listening, and relationship management skillsStrong organizational skills and follow-through for maximum client satisfactionHighly service orientedTeam player and collaborativeWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-task and quickly switch priorities when necessaryMust be organized and efficient in a demanding work environmentAbility to remain calm under stress
