JTW Advisors LLCJTW Advisors LLC is a boutique investment banking firm focused exclusively on the homebuilding, land development, building products, and building services industry.OpportunityWe continue to grow and are looking to hire two highly motivated investment banking professionals with experience ranging from Analyst to Senior Associate to support our principals in the execution of M&A transactions and capital raising engagements. The firm and position offer an excellent opportunity to gain expansive hands-on experience leading both sell-side and buy-side M&A deals.ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be given as much responsibility as hisher experience and capabilities allow. Responsibilities will include:· Supporting principals throughout all phases of the transaction process.· Preparing financial models and valuation analyses.· Drafting pitch materials, client marketing materials, and PowerPoint presentations.· Curating and managing online data rooms.· Managing due diligence processes.· Assisting with marketing and prospecting initiatives.· Interacting with clients and prospects on the phone, in writing, and at meetings.Requirements· Minimum 2 years investment banking experience.· Strong financial modeling skills.· Experience drafting CIMs, management presentations, and pitch books.· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.· Experience with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ.· Ability to read and interpret financial statements.· Flexibility to work with short deadlines requiring evenings and weekends as needed.· High level of motivation and individual initiative.· Attention to detail.· Series 63, 7, 79, andor 82 licenses preferred.· Good sense of humor is a must.LocationOur office is located in Wayne, PA which is a suburb of Philadelphia. Revenue participation varies by employee and is based on capabilities. And we don't make you wait until the end of the year, we pay you the next pay period after a transaction closes.· Bonus = None.
