For more information, please visit TITLE:- Product Owner (AML)JOB LOCATION:- Tampa, FLJob Description:Objectives of this roleLead team scrums to define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management ResponsibilitiesPlan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant teams Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint release goals Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Serve as product ambassador internally and externally sharing knowledge and answering questions Required skills and qualifications Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience in AML domain As a product manager youll be expected to take a leading role in guiding the development of new features or redesigning of existing ones Have strong skills in managing databases organization configuration and maintenance of large sets of data that are used by an organization or its individual membersData analysis skills to make informed decisions about the success of productsExperience in A B testing to make data driven decisions and improve the performance of their products Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely Knowledge of DevOpsShould be well versed in Agile mode for SW Development Experience in AML Solutions Implementation Ability to liaise with a very broad range of senior stakeholders Good verbal and written Communication Skills Hands on experience in AML Regulations Process Sound knowledge and experience in Financial Risk Financial crime Experience in Transaction Monitoring Sanction Screening Excellent understanding of AML and Financial Market terminology AML investigatory experience and analytical skills Thorough knowledge of customer verification processing and customer identification procedure requirement Ability to independently research analyze and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies .Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
