We are committed to foster a culture that acknowledges individual uniqueness and fosters creativity, in which employees of diverse backgrounds and with different abilities can feel safe, respected, and included.SummaryThe Comau Advanced Automation Solutions Business Unit (AAS) is focused in delivering Advanced Automation Solutions and Automation Products to the following businesses: Robotics including Wearables, Cognitive Automation and Digital Solutions, WarehouseFulfillment Automation & Logistics Systems and Solutions, Renewable Energy Automation Solutions (Solar, Hydrogen, Wind, etc.), and special customer driven projects in new industries.To drive the AAS business, in the Product and Solution Management team we are looking for a Product Manager - Logistic and Warehouse Automation.HeShe will be responsible at a Global level for the definition of the AAS segment strategy related to the Logistic Automation, identification of the product andor solution market opportunities, build the respective business cases, market requirements, target customer profiles, competitors benchmarking and eventual product marketing mix before industrialization.Logistic Automation will be effectively managing its products and solutions from the original idea to the sunsetting of the productsolution, responsible for productsolutions margins and profitability. As the main interface between SalesCustomer Management, business development, engineering and the technology office, the Product Manager is ensuring the creation of maximum customer value, maintained and continuously improved over the entire solution lifecycle. The successful applicant will report to the Head of Product and Solution Management.Duties and Responsibilities(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all an inclusive list)Main areas of responsibilities are (not exhaustive):ï‚· Responsible for Strategy and roadmap creation for the defined products and solutions in the logistic and warehousing spaceï‚· Build business cases to support product initiatives with input from customer group and business developmentï‚· Conduct market research and operationally performs market trend analysis in terms of Customer demand and competition offering on product and solutionsï‚· Translating customer needs into product requirements before starting and following the process of new productsolution developments, based on a thorough market analysisï‚· Closely monitor the products and solutions delivered to the market, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.ï‚· Perform business development activities related to the Logistic, warehouse and fulfillment automation areasï‚· Preparation of the documentation to present product briefings to externalcustomerspartnersinvestors and to coach internal sales staff on productssolutions to improve sales success rate.Knowledge & Skillsï‚· Deep knowledge of warehousing Automation field (warehouselogistic organization &terminologies, automation equipment, value chain, etc.)ï‚· Product Manager skills including knowledge on marketing strategy & communication, Budgeting,Forecasting & Financial essentialsï‚· Knowledge of software (e.g. WMS, Flow Simulation Tools, etc.) and hardware (e.g conveyancesystems, ASRS, etc) logistic automation equipment and toolsï‚· Knowledge of sales and business development processesï‚· Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.ï‚· Ability to work well in a team environmentBehavioral Competenciesâ— Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.â— Resourceful, action-oriented, creative, and analytical thinker.â— Ability to work well in a team environmentQualificationsâ— Education :o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineeringo Master's Degree preferred.â— Previous experienceso The Candidate must have extensive experience in the Logistic and warehousingAutomation fieldo Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry as a Solution ManagerProgramManagerProduct Managero Experience in the planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Customerfulfillment centers warehouses, ideally with End User experience, however experience ofautomation systems integration in such environments can be considered.o Experience in supply chain industry for logistic automationâ— Languageso Fluency in Englisho A second language is considered a plus
