We seek a diligent and dedicated Systems Administrator who can maintain and document a secure server environment. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership of projects.Specifically:Manage File Server data and its underlying storageManage Veeam backup software & disaster recovery proceduresMaintain a Microsoft Windows Server EnvironmentManage Active Directory & Group PolicyMaintain Dell Server hardwareCreate & maintain documentation and procedures of related systemsManage a Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization environment Assist the Desktop Support team when requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred5 years of Systems Administration experienceStrong understanding of DHCP & DNSStrong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server & Hyper-VAble to work nights andor weekends when requiredAbility to work onsite full time & the ability to lift 50 poundsOutstanding verbal and written English communication skills.Avo Photonics offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
