As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in System Integration Assembly (SI), you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding new product introduction (NPI) programs.Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing tooling, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient SI assembly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will manage BOMsroutings, oversee process instructions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches. Responsibilities:Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and assessment for new productprocess development, with a focus on system assembly.Documentation & Tools: Develop and implement tooling, process documentation, and product instructions for SI assemblies. Prepare engineering documentation for production and support prototype builds.Configuration & Processes: Configure BOMsroutings for SI, ensuring alignment with product structures, standards, and internal procedures. Implement ECODA changes from customers and release Manufacturing Documents (MPIs and SOPs).Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for engineering-related customer issues.Cost Management: Evaluate and influence manufacturing costs, providing recommendations for design for manufacturability (DFM).Qualifications:Education: B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. An M.S. or M.B.A. in Engineering or a related discipline is a plus.Experience: More than 2 years of engineering experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.
