Our mission is to Rescue, Restore and Resource women and children from the bondage of human trafficking and addiction. Since our establishment in 2013, we have grown substantially and made significant strides in raising awareness, providing essential restorative services, and empowering survivors through training and job opportunities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Case Manager and Administrative Support (NAHT) Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition. As a Case Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. This includes conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, coordinating and advocating for services, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic healing and empowerment of survivors.QualificationsExperience in case management and social workStrong administrative, communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of case management services and social servicesAbility to build rapport and establish trust with survivorsEmpathy, compassion, and sensitivity to traumaStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamExperience working with diverse populationsBachelor's or master's degree in social work or a relevant fieldExperience in anti-human trafficking organizations or related fields is a plus
