Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Coordinator for its New York, NY location. This individual will be responsible for servicing multiple locations across the country by consulting, advising, coaching and partnering with business operations on people and organizational needs.*Duties*- Negotiate and resolve employee issues and conflicts- Utilize HRIS systems for data analysis and reporting- Develop and implement strategic planning for employee relations- Oversee FMLA and other leave programs- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback- Manage budgeting related to employee relations activities- Familiarity with Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar HR systems- Implement succession planning strategies- Draft and review employment contracts*Requirements*- Proven experience in employee relations or a related field- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
