Position Summary: Job Title: Infrastructure Services Supervisor Level: Supervisor - M1 Location: Seneca Falls, NY (HYBRID SCHEDULE, mix of in office and work from home) Duration: Full-time / Permanent Special Requirements: None Job Description The Infrastructure Services Supervisor will provide hands on leadership in executing the programs, projects, and day-to-day operational tasks in the delivery of infrastructure services for ITTs Industrial Process (IP) value center in the Americas (North and South America). This person is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) services. The individual should have some experience and desire to work in a global / matrixed organization at the corporate level to ensure IT service delivery is executed efficiently. The scope of this role includes but not limited to wired and wireless data and voice networks, physical cabling, network security, servers, storage, voice services, telecom circuits /services, desktop services, multimedia systems (conference room AV), and other related technologies. This role responsible for supporting the business in day-to-day operations, as well as envisioning, recommending, and facilitating business changes to automate, streamline and ensure a highly available service offering for customers. You will be providing expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for the organization. Essential Responsibilities: Job Duties Supervise and lead a team of diverse personnel (location, skills, experience, etc.). Partner with IT manager to establish, maintain and facilitate efforts to perform effective talent management activities, including but not limited to goal setting, performance reviews, individual development planning, succession planning, coaching, and developing and issue resolution. Foster a high-performance culture for your organization ensuring your team is engaged, enthused and eager to deliver value. Drive and architect transformation initiatives (on-premises and cloud), leveraging innovative solutions to enhance our IT landscape. Leads IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of system upgrades, migrations, and installations. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to design and implement strategic IT initiatives. Lead the rationalization and consolidation of services within a site, country, region, and enterprise to lower cost, improve services and standardize the user experience, where possible. Ensure infrastructure security aligns with industry standards and compliance regulations set by ITTs Cybersecurity Team for both IT and OT devices and related services. Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Maintain the pulse of the customer by ensuring you understand incident, task, and request trends, KPIs and overall delivery using data baseline and improve services. Partner with your peers and others to modernize the application / services, as needed. Collaborate with other teams to architect and implement scalable solutions to optimize our infrastructure. Research and identify the most appropriate options for service delivery. Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade paths of the infrastructure along with corporate Enterprise Infrastructure team. Identify, quantify, and execute opportunities to shift work left (to the TAC, self-service, automate). Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related field Excellent communication, leadership, Interpersonal and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products. Proficiency with hardware and technology equipment Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems Understanding of fundamental computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, and operating system concepts Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential. Oversee security measures for infrastructure-related data, equipment, and facilities. Create and optimize technology and processes in partnership with other technology teams, compliance, and information security to ensure systems are designed and operated with security in mind. Understand and apply fundamentals of the business to ensure the technical roadmap aligns with business opportunities. Confident initiative-taker who is driven and results-oriented. Deep / expert knowledge in various infrastructure and general IT services Knowledge of controlled data and ability to devise solutions to meet and adhere to regulatory needs. Experience with traditional and advanced environment monitoring and alerting techniques. Strong client-driven mindset and be willing to extend themselves to collaborate across teams, geographies, and time zones in an effective and efficient manner. Proficiency in the English language is a necessity. Able to balance competing priorities and work under tight deadlines. ITIL, Six Sigma, and PMI certification a plus Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment a plus. Previous experience leading the integration of acquired companies is required. Previous experience leading the separation of divested companies is a plus. Strong ability to trust but verify various aspects of IT service delivery and planned efforts. The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations. Equal Pay Act Range: Annual Salary Range $98,800 to $147,600 plus benefits and incentive plans
