Certification Details BLS, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification; Required Certifications: BLS ARRT(R) - ND State License Job Requirements BLS, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification Required Certifications: BLS ARRT(R) - ND State License NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: Trauma, ortho, OR, long leg, scoliosis Experience or 'Must have' skills: experience with ortho views preferred Years Experience required: 2 years Previous Travel experience required?: preferred not required Average # of scans/studies per day: 40-50 with multiple x-ray technologists scheduled EMR &/or PACS: Meditech, McKesson PACS, CRTIS Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): Siemens digital radiography, Siemens digital fluoroscopy, Siemens portable digital x-ray, GE c-arm Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift?: Manager M-F during shifts Do they use RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants)?: No Radiologist in-house?: No Do they have to start IVs? (if applicable to the department): No Schedule Information Shift Details: M-F 8hr shifts, with call - can adjust call/work hours to accommodate RTO Weekend Requirements: CT does all after hours x-ray, Rad Tech/X-ray tech on call for high volumes or major trauma.
