Workday HRIS Manager - Up to $180,000 Basic Salary - Fully Remote Hale International are supporting a global leader in financial technology based in Ohio who have a career changing fully remote HRIS Manager opportunity. With a large and established workforce of over 10,000 employees, they are seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to lead a team of 2 as well as hiring a further 2 analysts to join the team.The company are a global leader in the financial technology market operating in over 100 countries, providing a world class service that directly impacts millions of individuals each year.They are looking for a Workday expert who can take ownership of their HCM suite, grow and lead over their HRIS team. The right candidate will have experience configuring and leading projects in Benefits, Talent, Compensation and Security.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the HRIS team, providing guidance, training, and supportLead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Compensation and SecurityResponsible for overall administration and management of Workday post-implementation, working alongside internal stakeholders such as IT, Finance, and Legal, as well as external vendors; with respect to system configuration, troubleshooting, data security, compliance, reporting & dashboard building, etc.Build and update functionality within Workday to meet changing business needs and discern if the use of third-party vendors is needed.Qualifications and Skills:A minimum of 4 years' experience with the Workday HCM Suite.Experience configuring and leading projects in Benefits, Talent, Compensation and Security.Prior HRIS leadership experienceThis is an unbelievable opportunity for someone to take a substantial step forward in their career.
