Trusted by the world's leading brands, we connect c-suite executives, using real-life, real-time human interactions, to help solve their shared challenges and accelerate projects, so together, we outpace the speed of change.Position Overview:As a Corporate Event Assistant, you will be instrumental in planning and executing corporate events including executive dinners, conferences, and high-profile meetings. Your ability to liaise effectively with C-suite and high-level corporate executives will be essential in ensuring each event aligns with our strategic goals and expectations.Key Responsibilities:Alongside the event management team, assist in planning and executing corporate events tailored for C-suite and high-level executives, from concept to completion.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and budgets.Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and high-profile guests.Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather insights for future events.Ensure all events adhere to company policies and branding guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)2+ years of experience working with C-suite and high-level corporate executives in an event setting or a luxury hospitality setting (i.e. fine dining, luxury hotels, etc.)Proven track record of managing high-stakes events with attention to detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including 50% domestic travel, and evenings and weekends as needed.What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The chance to create impactful experiences for top-level executives.
