This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks, contribute to process improvements, and support the team in achieving business objectives.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain up-to-date records of daily prices.Accurately enter and update employee and customer information into company databases.Manage the company calendar and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel.Handle company emails, ensuring timely communication with relevant parties. Help standardize office processes, documentation, and transaction procedures.Document and refine procedures for internal use and training.Coordinate and improve employee onboarding.Utilize tools like Google (Forms, Drive, Calendar) and Excel for efficient data management and reporting.Implement electronic file management program.Explore and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.New to Boulo?
