Our client is looking for a bilingual HR Assistant. Responsible for a wide range of HR duties, lots of exposure. This client has a fun working environment and rewards a job well done. Performs HRIS data entry and runs reportsAnswers frequently asked questions from employees and managers relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.Translates documents into Spanish for HR and operations management team.Provides verbal translation support to HR and operations management team.Assists with employee relations investigations, handling with the utmost confidentiality.Assists HR Generalist with the recruitment process.Ensures new hire I-9 compliance and maintenance of current pletes termination paperwork and may conduct or assist with exit interviews.Audits and submits invoices for various vendors.New hire orientation packets.Conducts and or assists HR Generalist with new hire orientation for employees as well as assists new hires with their onboarding paperwork. Assists with benefits administration, i.e., collecting missing benefit information and answering basic employee questions and assists with annual benefit open enrollment. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files, records, and documentation. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Assists with employee activities and events for Chicopee location. Performs support functions for the HR department as needed, i.e., filing, faxing, coping, mailing, ordering supplies and other related duties. Assists HR team with various research projects andor special projects.Performs other related duties as assigned. HR Assistant Bilingual in Spanish Requirements:HS DiplomaGED equivalent requiredMust be bilingual in Spanish, verbal and written. Must have 2 years' experience in a comparable role; i.e. office administration, HR administration, etc.Available to work overtime, as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
