Local superintendent role - no travel involved Extremely well respected GC - leading to stability for employees About Our Client Family owned firm with stakeholder potential for employees $5-20m average project valuation Do work in industrial, commercial, healthcare, education and more sectors Design-Build GC Self-perform multiple trades $100m/ avg yearly revenue Job Description Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to plans and timelines. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site inspections. Team Management: Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety on site. Communication: Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues. Quality Control: Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing. Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics. Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
