Job Description: Are you a Marketing Expert with a proven ability to drive growth in the residential home improvement industry? We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take full ownership of our B2C marketing initiatives. This high-level position requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the home improvement market and the drive to lead our marketing department to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals. Identify market opportunities, set measurable goals, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Department Ownership: Oversee all marketing efforts, from digital marketing to traditional advertising, SEO/SEM, Lead generation, and content creation. Lead the department with full ownership, ensuring all marketing functions drive results and growth. Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement innovative lead generation campaigns. Continuously refine the sales funnel to optimize lead conversion, ensuring maximum return on investment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving company-wide success. Data-Driven Marketing Decisions: Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer engagement. Use these insights to make informed marketing decisions, optimizing campaigns and improving efficiency. Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Help build and develop the next generation of marketing leaders. Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are maximized to deliver impactful results. Innovation & Growth: Continuously explore new marketing strategies, technologies, and channels to stay ahead of industry trends. Drive company growth and maintain a competitive edge through innovation. Qualifications: Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, particularly in the residential home improvement or a related B2C industry. Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and lead generation. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams. Data-driven decision-maker with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Passion for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
