Through its robust network and over 30 years of experience, CanAm has collectively raised over $3 billion in private placement funds.Description of the role:The Client & Data Coordination Junior Associate will support cross-departmental business operations for CanAm's three business platforms (EB-5, EB-5 redeployment, and private equity). CanAm's investor process includes client onboarding, monitoring, and processing client's initial investments, and proper data maintenance within CanAm's file server and database. The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting in CanAm's external communications and will be involved with special projects. This is an entry-level position with room for growth to focus on investor data and internal communications based on work performance and aptitude. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:Responsibilities:· Follow existing procedures to process documentation and remittances in a timely manner. · Strong data entry operator to include uploading documentation, documentation creation and frequent email communication with internal and external stakeholders.· Communicate frequently with internal staff (in person and remote) on investor documentation status and answer general inquiries.· Resolve minor data entry issues and seek assistance from supervisor for issues beyond immediate expertise.· Support internal team as needed with annual PKF audit.· Strong team player with ability to collaborate with other members of the Client & Data Coordination team on administrative tasks as needed. Core competences:To perform this job successfully, the candidate needs to possess the following core competencies: · Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.· Ability to prioritize completion of assignments in the appropriate order.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically, Word and Excel).· Good organizational and time management skills.· Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.· Ability to work independently.Education experience: · Education: Bachelor's Degree.· One to three years of full-time work experience performing data entry puter skills: · Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or general database experience preferred, Microsoft Office Suite. · SalesForce and DocuSign a plus. Start date:As soon as possible. Compensation:Annual salary of $70,000 commensurate with experience and education. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Enrollment in Safe Harbor 401K plan (5% of gross salary is vested) after one year of employment.
