Position: Marketing Coordinator, Brand Transition and Integration REMOTE M-F standard hours. CST or EST time zones preferred. Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator, Brand Transition and Integration role serves as a supportive function to marketing acquisition transition managers, as well as cross-functional teams, on marketing strategies and planning. The Marketing Coordinator, Brand Transition is responsible for understanding brand transition and integration objectives, communicating with marketing vendors, reporting on KPI's, and tracking workflow deliverables for the marketing transition team. The Marketing Coordinator, Brand Transition will support the objectives of the marketing team including customer-facing brand and communications while adhering to corporate goals and guidelines. The ultimate need is to coordinate and report on the success of initiatives to meet business brand transition goals, communicating with the cross-functional brand transition/integration team. Responsibilities: Coordinate project tracking and reporting on communications campaigns such as email, direct mail, and local advertising. Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as online and creative to ensure all teams are aware of our goals and prepared to coordinate content and communications within the planned schedule Execute customer list generation for all transition communications and distribute them to partners such as printers; validate lists with cross-functional teams as necessary and proof results for accuracy Utilize call reporting dashboards to pull monthly reports for Marketing Analyst to update ROI data studio reports Coordinate reporting of local lead generation activities in brand transition and analyze performance with brand transition team. Review spend by vendors each month against invoices Coordinate customer-facing branch transition branding such as uniforms and truck wraps Help research and vet new marketing vendors. Assist in onboarding the new vendors by ensuring they are added to the new vendor system for AP and Procurement. Flexibility to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team, always maintaining a partner and customer focus. Requirements: Bachelors degree; concentration in Marketing or Communications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, most importantly brand management and marketing communications Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situations Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of software tools Strong writing and proofreading skills Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills Looking for someone with a creative background- editing, writing, direct mail and email, etc. Creative team project management.
