LOCATION: This position is onsite, office-based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid model - 3 days remote / 2 days in office- Tuesday & Wednesday) JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all functions of BGCA Billing and Collections, reports to the Vice President Controller. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsible for designing effective and efficient invoicing processes for all non-fundraising revenue. Approx. $30M annually.• Develop and deliver real-time reporting for outstanding receivables for non-fundraising activities.• Lead efficient payment process for open receivables.• Manage proactive collection efforts for all past due receivables to prevent value leakage. • Collaborate with various departments across BGCA to ensure all invoicing and collections are seamlessly executed.• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.• Develop formal process and procedures for all invoicing and collection activities.
