Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: MFM Ultrasonographer - DAYS/PD We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maternal Fetal Ultrasonographer to join our team. As a Maternal Fetal Ultrasonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations on pregnant women to assess the health and development of the fetus. Your expertise in using ultrasound technology will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed images, aiding in the diagnosis and management of high-risk pregnancies. This position will be located at 400 Patroon Creek Blvd Albany. Position Highlights: Quality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life converge Advancement: Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development Work/Life: 8-430 Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Perform ultrasound examinations on pregnant women to evaluate fetal growth, anatomy, and well-being. Utilize advanced ultrasound equipment and techniques to obtain high-quality images. Assess and document fetal abnormalities, anomalies, and potential complications. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret ultrasound findings and provide accurate diagnoses. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns or questions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of ultrasound examinations. Requirements: Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Ultrasonographer. Pay Range:$35.75 - $48.35 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
