Job Description: Job Summary: The Manager Hub Solutions (Pharmacist in Charge) is responsible for oversight of daily operations of the pharmacy. Responsible for performing clinical and professional pharmaceutical work in the review and processing of patient referrals as well as clinical monitoring of prescribed medications in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Job Responsibility: Provide leadership, direction and guidance to develop and mentor direct reports to ensure a balanced workflow and maximized output; Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; Ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace Provide oversight of clinical decision making and operational aspects of the pharmacy Develop direct reports through orientation, training, communication of rules and constructive feedback, motivation, and loyalty. Identifies and develop direct reports abilities for promotional opportunities. Inform direct reports of departments' plans, programs, and operations that affect their areas, Implement pharmacy organization structure through proper hiring and placement, scheduling of work, assignment of responsibility, and delegation of authority Responsible for supporting compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws as well as company and pharmacy policies and procedures Develop standards of work performance, orientation, and training programs and facilitate continuous improvement to achieve business results; recognizes development needs and capability gaps and arranges specific projects/assignments to address needs Supervisory Responsibilities Responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of departmental budget Responsible for leading a team through teaching, coaching and inspiring by fostering a sense of energy, ownership and a responsibility for the flawless execution of operational excellence engage in the selection and hiring process as needed Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictates About Walgreens and WBA Walgreens ( ) is included in the U.S. Retail Pharmacy and U.S. Healthcare segments of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership. Willing to travel up to/at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
