We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Graphite GTC. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting enterprise-class applications using our advanced no-code platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your role will also involve managing client expectations, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and resolving technical challenges to ensure the successful execution of projects. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance and expertise to overcome technical roadblocks and maintain project momentum. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner will be essential in fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. Key Responsibilities Application Architecture and Design: Develop scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications using the Graphite GTC platform. Ensure that architectural solutions meet business requirements and align with company standards. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business needs, objectives, and requirements. Translate these into technical specifications and actionable plans. Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design patterns, and architectural principles are followed. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Monitor progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Problem Resolution: Identify potential risks and technical challenges early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and solutions to address them promptly. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to high standards of excellence. Documentation: Create comprehensive architectural documentation, technical specifications, and user guides as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, architecture, and design. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing enterprise-class applications. Extensive experience in managing software development projects and leading technical teams. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in software architecture principles and design patterns. Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is highly desirable. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proficient in project management tools and techniques. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High level of initiative and self-motivation. Location Requirement: Must be able to work 100% in-person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location.
