Cadence Silicon Solutions Group is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Marketing Manager for its High Speed SerDes and Ethernet Controller IP portfolio. The ideal candidate will have prior successful design experience in SerDes IP and have worked in a product managementproduct marketing role.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:Drive High-Speed SerDes (56G112G224G and higher) and associated Ethernet controller IPproducts roadmap and definition based on market research, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and SWOT analysisDefine and execute a competitive marketing strategy for High-Speed SerDes (56G112G224G and higher) and associated Ethernet controller IP products by understanding customer roadmaps and industry requirements in collaboration with SerDes marketing and engineeringWork with sales, engineering, program management and application engineering to drive product success at various customersDevelop marketing requirements and work with engineering teams to define a controller product portfolioLead development of technical marketing and sales collateralAuthor and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations and briefsCommunicate and evangelize products at industry events and on social mediaAbility to develop or recognize creative solutions to opportunities and problemsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science5+ years of experience in hardware of IP design with emphasis on SerDes and Ethernet standards from IEEE and OIFDemonstrate aptitude to quickly comprehend complex hardware and software solutions3+ years of experience a product marketing organizationAdditional Preferred QualificationsMBA (Masters in Business Administration) or MS in a technical field with solid business aptitude is desired but not a hard requirementUnderstanding of consumer and automotive applicationsIntegration of SerDes IP in Networking, Compute, AIML applicationsParticipation in IEEE, OIF, OCP, UEC, and other standards bodiesExperience in one or more of the following is highly desired: PCIe, AMBA standards (AXI, CHI, CXS etc.)Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPast employment in a customer-facing roleThe annual salary range for California is $150.5Kyr - $279.5Kyr. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
