Job Description Insight Global's top pharmaceutical client is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to help manage their content excellence transformation. They've recently identified a services partner to implement technology and process improvements related to modular content to optimize their omnichannel marketing capabilities. This resource will be instrumental in managing cross-functional relationships between the Marketing Brand Leaders, Product Managers, and the Services partner. They will be responsible for designing strategies for modular demand intake, capacity planning, and architecting what the future operational model will look like. The ideal candidate has had a leadership role through a similar implementation with a large pharma client. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in project management, consulting and/or implementation management Experience in Omnichannel Marketing and Content Production in the Pharmaceutical Industry Vendor Management experience related to the implementation of Modular Content capabilities Operational process design/analysis experience Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Adobe Workfront and AEM product knowledge Experience managing vendors responsible for developing Modular Content Experience in Agile Marketing Concepts Knowledge of Medical, Legal, Regulatory Review Change Management, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Certifications null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
