RESPONSIBILITIES: Order, receive, issue, secure, and maintain inventory of all parts in accordance with FAA regulations. Confirm shipping details, track the arrival of parts, and communicate updates to management and vendors. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure parts accountability. Prepare and forecast inventory needs, and requisition stock as necessary. Assemble inventory packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Generate daily reports for all incoming and outgoing parts, equipment, and materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area. Perform additional duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree Preferred! One year related experience preferred. Computer proficient in MS office and general internet applications. Ability to work well without supervision. Ability to be certified in the handling of hazardous materials. Ability to qualify for Airport SIDA badge. Must possess good oral and written communications skills and problem solving skills. Possess a valid state driver's license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage. Ability to work occasional odd hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
