Description Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is looking for a driven, problem-solving, and analytical student to join the firm as a Wealth Management Intern. This individual will work with either our Wealth Planning, or our Investments team. During the internship they will learn the ins and outs of the day-to-day activities within Planning or Investments including topic areas such as portfolio analysis, and cash flow projections. Develop a thorough understanding of the wealth management process for clientele, including financial planning and investment management responsibilities. Prepare a wide-range of client reports, including investment updates, investment portfolio analysis, cash flow projections, net worth reviews, tax analysis, and insurance reviews. Summarizing and analyzing estate plans. Analyze planning scenarios in various softwares. Creating unique visualizations to simplify concepts for clients. Participate in mentorship opportunities. Assist in the preparation of complex investment portfolio rebalancing decisions. Participate in departmental team meetings, presenting a variety of topics. Research technical advisory issues. Assist with research and writing firm publications. Provide administrative support to Client Services, Family Office Services, Operations, and Business Development on various requests including preparing mailings, faxing, emailing, filing, making copies, scanning docs, generating reports and other administrative related items as requested. Requirements Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a degree (Associate's/Bachelor's/Master's/etc.). Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer months required. Ability to commit to a multi-semester internship required. Reliable transportation to and from our office in Bridgeville, PA, Plymouth, MI, and Wayne, PA required. Candidates wishing to work out of our Plymouth, MI or Wayne, PA office will be required to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA during the summer months. Housing will be provided. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, communication skills, and worth ethic required.
