Greater Philadelphia Area HVAC mechanical construction contractor is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join their team. As the HVAC Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC construction projects from inception to completion. This includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and client communication. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Procurement: Identify and procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources for project execution. Subcontractor Management: Select, contract, and oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and effectively communicate impacts to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project reports. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC construction project management. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction methods, and building codes. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
