What are we looking for in our Partner Marketing Manager? Partner Marketing Manager Remote PR: 50 - 65/hr (depending on YOE) Contract: Through Jan 2025 Responsibilities : Program Management: Manage marketing programs for Signals CAPI / Lead Ads, including co-marketing campaigns with external partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-partner management, product marketing, sales, events-to align marketing strategies. Partner Relations: Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement co-marketing campaigns, driving awareness and adoption of joint integrations. Project Oversight: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely execution of marketing programs. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing program metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns. Content Creation: Write and edit compelling content for marketing materials including emails, social media, and websites. Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance marketing efforts. Requirements: 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between projects seamlessly. Strong marketing acumen, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs). Proficiency with spreadsheets and managing project data. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Ability to persuade and collaborate effectively with partners to drive successful integration and marketing execution. Ability to synthesize feedback and make informed decisions. Experience with marketing operations tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot). Analytical mindset, understanding of how to prioritize impactful actions. Previous experience with marketing in a tech or software environment. Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
