Customer Support Engineer II at Insight Global in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description A Semiconductor company in Boise, ID is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. They will provide hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. This person will require excellent communication skills and serves as a liaison between the customer and various stakeholders in Japan and the USA, on a variety of technical and logistic responsibilities. Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customers needs and requests. This position offers a salary of $66,000-79,000/yr based on experience.
