LABEL Sales Executive: Custom Clothier + Stylist We are looking for a dynamic professional Sales Executive, distinguished by their tenacity, independence, and professional integrity. In this position you are selling custom clothing and styling services. This role will include lead generation, business development, thoughtful customer service, wardrobe curation, styling and of course: end-to-end sales. This is a full time role in New York, New York with a base salary, training stipend, full benefits, commission, and opportunities for future growth. Responsibilities Lead Generation and Sales Self-source, prospect, and market to potential clients by email, social media and other reputable platforms. Book and conduct appointments with C-Level executives, owners, company presidents, and other prospects in our LABEL Showroom space, or at locations convenient to your clients. Meet with clients to measure and understand fit preferences. Ensure a proper fit and work with existing alterations partners to make any needed adjustment(s). Guide clients in fabric selection and styling using expert product knowledge, paired with the clients' lifestyle needs and individual preferences. Internal Reporting and Business Management Ensure ordered garments are properly in stock. Submit orders in a timely manner. Address any issues as needed. Evaluate processes that are not efficient. Work with leadership to find solutions to better optimize our organization. Client Relationship Management Initiate, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients Regularly communicate with clients about outstanding orders. Follow up about new styles, offers, promotions, and other beneficial services. Using our CRM, track and maintain all client information, sales data and necessary metrics. Experience in retail, sales or customer service desired. Detail oriented, professional, dependable and precise required. Willingness to learn, coachable, open to training and feedback required.
