LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our client in San Francisco, CA. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment after 90 days in office. The Accounts Payable Manager will lead the AP team and will be responsible for overseeing the full AP cycle, managing payment process, coordinating month-end procedures, generating reports, and ensuring compliance. This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, including supervising a team of 5 or more. We are seeking an applicant with excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead and provide support to AP staff, including training, development, and managing key performance metrics Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations Manage the full AP cycle Generate reports and financial data to support decision-making Coordinate month-end and year-end procedures Manage payment process Resolve vendor issues and payment discrepancies timely Maintain strong relationships with vendors Lead projects to improve processes and implement automation Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance Minimum 10 years of experience required, including supervisory experience Procurement or inventory experience preferred Excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite Workday experience a plus If you are interested in this hybrid Accounts Payable Manager job opportunity in Portland, OR please apply today!
