We are a highly-talented and growth-oriented team looking for another Chiropractor to help with Remedy Place's newest New York location in SoHo, New York. You will be working with an integrative and holistic-minded team of healthcare professionals with a common goal of helping to make people feel better. As a Chiropractic Doctor in our specialized suite at Remedy Place, you will deliver a unique, integrated approach that combines "joint manipulation, muscle release therapy, and fascial mobilization. Instead of guests seeing multiple specialists with different philosophies, you provide a holistic treatment experience that addresses the body's joints, muscles, and fascia. Your expertise in our signature style of manual work ensures that guests receive the best care their body can experience, whether they are dealing with injuries, pain, or simply want to feel better. To further enhance the benefits of your treatment, you will be working with our physical therapist, which will help guests perfect and maintain the improved movement they achieve under your care. This comprehensive approach positions you as a key player in our mission to restore and optimize physical health for our guests. At Remedy Place, human connection is at the core of our brand. Our doctors are expected to actively build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, going beyond just providing treatments. This includes networking within our community, self-marketing, developing a personal book of patients, and ensuring consistent follow-up and care. While Remedy Place offers an exceptional environment and access to an incredible community, it is crucial that our doctors take the initiative to fill their appointment slots and maintain these relationships to meet their KPIs. Success in this role is not just about clinical expertise but also about cultivating trust and loyalty among our guests, ensuring that they choose you as their go-to health provider within our club. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assess a patient's medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to the patient's concerns, and performing a physical examination Analyze the patient's posture, spine, and reflexes Conduct orthopedic and neurological tests Identify health problems Provide neuromusculoskeletal therapy, which involves adjusting a patient's spinal column and other joints by hand, active muscle release, and fascial therapy Prescribe and teach patients corrective exercises Educate the patient on all other modalities in Remedy Place. (Hyperbaric, infrared saunas, ice baths, cryotherapy, compression therapy, IV's, meditation and nutrition) Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits Refer patients to other health care professionals, if needed Networking, Self-Marketing, Building and keeping your book of patients Maintaining relationships with guests, follow up, check-ins QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited college or university A valid license to practice in respective state of the club 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and fascial work to patients in a clinical, business, or performance setting Must be solution oriented Must be organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition Must enjoy working within a team Strong time management skills and practices Proven Experience in Patient Relationship Management Networking Skills Sales and Marketing Acumen: Experience in personal branding, patient acquisition, and retention strategies to maintain a full appointment book. Excellent Communication Skills Customer Service Orientation Demonstrated ability to take initiative in building and managing a patient book, with a proactive approach to filling appointment slots and meeting KPIs. Clinical Expertise with a Focus on Patient Outcomes RECOMMENDED CERTIFICATIONS OR CONTINUED EDUCATION IN: Active Release Technique (ART) Graston (or similar) NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) Functional Movement Specialist (FMS) (any of the levels) Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) (any of the levels) *This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
