The Sales Service Coordinator position provides customer service to our clients and resolves their issues by offering solutions, explanations, and other options. The Sales Service Coordinator acts as a facilitator with our production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure that products are produced and shipped on time and in alignment with customer expectations. Responsibilities Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Manages accounts with customer service to external customers including but not limited to tracking and reporting production progress, inventory balances, and coordinating shipment of finished goods. Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up customers. Ensures full customer satisfaction. Maintains friendly, helpful demeanor. Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area. Refers to appropriate person or department as needed, and/or arranges for service. Tracks the status of issues until a resolution is achieved. Maintains close contact with customers to provide updates on progress toward resolution of issues or service requests. Uses information systems to input data, maintains databases, performs research for projects or issues, generates reports, etc. Provides information regarding policies and procedures, terms and programs relating to service area for outside customers. Updates and maintains all necessary records and/or logs. Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Unette & Praxis Packaging Solutions. Qualifications Education, Skills & Experience Required: Degree preferred - not required. 3-5 years' experience in sales/customer services/account management in a manufacturing/production environment. Familiarity with contract and third-party manufacturing experience very beneficial. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities are mandatory. Requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated and self-managed with high degree of honesty and integrity. Computer/Communication Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Experienced in use of ERP/MRP systems. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). The ability to comprehend and follow written instructions. Able to effectively problem solve under fast paced, high pressure situations. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Regularly required to walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch. Raise and lower an object from one level to another, less than 30 lbs. Good (corrected) eyesight and hand/eye coordination. Works in office environment. May also require visits to production area-where employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, dust and weather conditions prevalent at the time (cold, hot/humid). Must be able to work full-time. 8 hours, 1st shift Pay Range USD $29.00 - USD $31.00 /Hr.
