The Senior Management Consultant role will lead a variety of strategic planning, communications & outreach, process improvement, and change management initiatives across multiple federal clients. Additional responsibilities will include: Develop and implement client-specific solutions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to assure excellent results and customer satisfaction Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering to identify key themes, trends, and opportunities Lead stakeholder engagement meetings and fact-finding interviews to gather data and information to improve products and processes Communicate complex concepts effectively and build understanding amongst stakeholders Capture, synthesize, and summarize information from interviews, focus groups, and internal meetings, translating insights into draft deliverables and products Plan and facilitate group discussions on strategy development and performance management Develop, revise, and publish a variety of high-quality documents for multiple audiences Create initiative-specific communications i.e. briefings, talking points Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring projects meet established requirements are of high-quality and delivered on time Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years external consulting experience Experience in planning and facilitating meetings of executives and senior managers to build consensus and agreement Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans Must be detail oriented, with excellent follow-through Strong project management skills Knowledge of Emergency Management US citizenship and ability to acquire a Secret clearance Preferred experience: Master's degree Experience consulting to government HWC salaries are based on factors that include but are not limited to: location; an individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience; organizational requirements; and contract-specific requirements. Salary is just one component of HWC's total compensation package for employees. The estimate here represents the typical salary range for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 (annualized USD). Benefits for eligible employees include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, and PTO.
