Job Summary The Customer Service Representative answers high level of incoming calls and supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The CSR is the front line of support for clients and customers, and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with our services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phones and handle all basic inquiries (refunds, location/directions, updating clients' contact info, documents still needed, etc) Work as a team to ensure that the front desk is always supervised Set up conference calls and/or appointments for CPAs Take and process all types of payments over the phone from clients Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions. Updating client notes of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and CSR Manager as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Complete additional admin Qualifications: High school diploma. 1+ years experience in a relevant field. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support. Good command of English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
